South African Miniature Sheets

These labels are souvenirs of South Africa's Kruger National Park game reserve. Based on a cover I saw on eBay, these were sold circa 1938.

These miniature sheets were issued in 1936 for the Johannesburg International Philatelic Exhibition, for which two panes were issued.

All contemporary South African miniature sheets are numbered sequentially in order of release (except #21 which is mis-numbered as #20) and always contain all stamps from the companion commemorative series or set.
